A.M.A.Z.I.N.G, Lil Kim left me speechless, every week she keeps getting better and better, wow! That second judge obviously got some issues and need to get his eyesight checked. As I said before, I have never watched "Dancing With The Star" until Lil Kim showed up, and she is worth watching the whole hour, but for those of you with no patience, here is the clip!

And the person who was then onstage, Leaf of Life, continued performing after the power was restored five minutes later, MC Sample Man's unamplified voice carrying surprisingly well as he continued to crack jokes in the interim.

I like Beenie's music a lot, I won't deny that he is extremely talented and a great entertainer. I am not too happy with some of his words on the radio in New York. He needs to be a gentleman and not address his personal marital issues and love life to himself. That is what a real gentleman does. Here is a video clip of him doing a freestyle for radio Planet.

asssssasin.jpgPRESS RELEASE:

Boardhouse Records - March 30,

2009 FROM ASSASSIN, IN HIS OWN WORDS:

On Saturday March 28, 2009, my performance at the Red Stripe Live concert was ended prematurely and abruptly, as I was stripped of my microphone and escorted off stage. I have spent many years of hard work and sacrifice building my reputation and brand as an artist, with a great level of integrity and professionalism. Indeed, the decision to include me in the line-up of this particular event is testament to that. I therefore have a responsibility to my fans and the general public to explain exactly what took place.
Upon being booked for the event, the songs I would be performing in my set were submitted in their entirety (without edits) weeks in advance, as requested by the organizers of the event. I rehearsed the songs in their entirety, on two separate occasions, in the presence of representatives from Red Stripe. There was no written or verbal communication from Red Stripe indicating any disapproval of the planned set, nor any discomfort with any specific lyrics or song. During my final rehearsal, I was merely asked to bear in mind the nature of the show, and upon arrival at the venue I was given a generic briefing by the promoters. At this point, there was still no indication from the promoters of any issue or objection to the planned performance.

Kardinal Offishall was not there to accept the awards, but did send out a recorded message "Single of the year, absolutely crazy".

Humbe won in the Reggae Category for Reggae Album of the year. He was very emotional when he accepted the award on stage and thanked the Toronto neighbourhood in which he grew up, Rexdale. Here below is a video clip of Humble performance "It's So Wonderful". For more info on The Juno Awards click HERE.

Proving their versatility and defying the attempts to label them as the "dagger producers" Equiknoxx Music hits the industry with three blazing new singles from Lil Joe, Tifa & Aidonia respectively. All three singles are of an uplifting nature with contagious melodies to have listeners singing along without even realizing it. First up is Equiknoxx's front runner Lil Joe with his track entitled "Carry We On" which speaks to all people pressing on throughout life's hardships. Tifa shows incredible vocal ability on her track entitled "God Blessed", a ballad that tells her detractors of her countless blessings from God. Aidonia changes direction from his most recent offerings on his track entitled "Negative" a slow piece of social commentary highlighting the short comings of society and the continuous misrepresentations that politicians often leave in the lower echelons of society.

The song was amongst other genres of music such as Rap and Hip Hop. It is a feat in itself as the song was released over a year ago, that goes to show that good music is good music and will stand the test of time.

Man Ooman (Man Woman) documentary trailer

PRESS RELEASE:
MAN OOMAN (Man Woman)
A film about gender relations in Jamaica seen through dancehall dancing culture.

Jamaica has more churches per capita than any other place in the world. It also has more murders, except for the times when they get eclipsed by an occasional genocide in Africa. But in the most notorious parts of the gang war infested garrisons, where no cab driver will take a foreigner even at daytime, there's a party going on. Every single night of the week street dances are kept in different ghettos, where rivaling neighborhoods meet unarmed to have fun. The music is loud and aggressive and the dancing is wild, sexually explicit and the dancers often utilize props provided by the surroundings. Loudspeakers, trees, cars and buses are all used for dancing a dance that for the untrained eye looks like a combination of fighting and copulation.

But the dance is a very lively cultural phenomenon where new moves are developed weekly and spread out to the world through bootleg dvds. All dances have a name and a history and at least one person or crew who claims to be the architect behind it. Every year the worlds best female dancer is crowned at the spectacular and heavily sponsored International Dancehall Queen Contest. This film takes place in the weeks around the contest of 2007 - the biggest event ever in this subculture.

The film investigates the culture behind dancehall dancing and tries to find out how this dance became as absurd as it is today. It gives a glimpse at what kind of people the dancers are, how they live and why dancing is important to them.

The film is shot in 2007 in Kingston and Montego Bay, with footage from the two most notorious street parties Dutty Fridaze and Passa Passa and interviews with some of the biggest dancehall dancers in the world including Momo, Fleshy and Shelly Belly. International reggae superstar Beenie Man talks about the history of dancehall dancing and the interaction dancers and singers have in the dancehall world. One of the main entrepreneurs of the subculture, videoman Scrappy talks about the way filming and distributing dancehall footage has revolutionized the dancing and made it a possible escape from the life of poverty. Well-informed outsiders such as Jamaican-born poet Stacy-Ann Chin and professor at the University of the West Indies Carolyn Cooper help forth a certain understanding of this complex and widely misunderstood phenomenon. And city dwellers and scenesters such as producer Delroy Green, dancehall artist Crazy Chris and radio personality Champagne share their insight of the unquestionable patriarchy that is Jamaica. Where hugging up is against the law, holding hands and kissing is unseen outside the privacy of the home, parenting is done with a firm slap of the hand, girls and boys are treated like different species, homosexuality and oral sex is completely banned both socially and by law and where dancing seems like a ventilation device that blows off explosive sexual steam between women and men - or as it is always put in Jamaica - between Man and Ooman.

Madonna adopting 3 years old girl from Malawi

madonnakids.jpgMadonna is adding a 4th child to her family. "Mercy" is a little 3 years old girl from the "Mchinji Home of Hope orphanage.

She has no father and mother, they both died Madonna has always wanted to adopt a little girl or buy from Malawi so that her son David would have someone who looked like him in the family.

"Many people - especially our Malawian friends - say that David should have a Malawian brother or sister," she recently told Malawi's The Nation newspaper. "It's something I have been considering but would only do if I had the support of the Malawian people and the government."

I, Malaika, am very happy. So many children around the world have no one to love and care for them, and I know that she can't save all of them, but one or even two lives will make a difference. For anyone that has an issue with it, I don't wish you to live one day in that child's shoes!

The Epic Death Before Dishonor Sound Clash Returns to Montego Bay on Easter Monday

PRESS RELEASE:
Jamaica's most well-liked and thrilling sound clash is returning to Pier One -- Montego Bay, Jamaica on Easter Monday, April 13, 2009 with a bang.  That's right, sound clash connoisseurs Irish and Chin are delivering a highly anticipated 9th installment of their famed Death Before Dishonor - World Clash Jamaica sound clash.  Always focused on entertainment of olympic-sized proportions, Irish and Chin has pegged dancehall icon Beenie Man and popular Jamaican radio personality Ragashanti to host the event. These hosts' involvement has spawned a frenzy.

Easter Monday in Jamaica just wouldn't be complete with out the annual, heavily attended Death Before Dishonor clash. Just shy of their 10th anniversary, Irish and Chin has announced a fiery line-up for the sizzlin sound system competition. And consequently, the buzz surrounding this year's clash is incredible! Death Before Dishonor 9 will feature two spectacular clashes in one night.

As Irish and Chin is dedicated to implementing innovative concepts and formats into their epic sound clashes, Death Before Dishonor 9 will open with an early-warm clash dubbed "Juggling to Kill" between sound systems from "TOWN" and "COUNTRY."  While the "TOWN" team consists of blazing sounds Code Red, Coppershot, Jigsy and Razz&Biggie, the opposing team will have "COUNTRY" killers DJ Kentucky, Dexter Pepa, Crazy Chris and Olympic.  Always eyeing fresh sound system talent, this segment is sure to be a blast.  Sound clash fans are digging this newly added segment.

As you read this, thousands of die hard sound clash enthusiasts are getting their clash voices, whistles and flames in order for Death Before Dishonor 9. And by the looks of things, these accessories will be much needed for the hotter-than-hot main event.  Scheduled for the main clash are two-time returning champions Mighty Crown, Black Kat, Bodyguard and Black Blunt.

The "Far East Rulers" and two-time returning champions Mighty Crown are hungry to once again take over Pier One with a bevy of top dubplates and selections.  Still overwhelmed by last year's notable victory, Mighty Crown has trained hard to reclaim their fury. With many top clash accloades under their belt, Mighty Crown supporters are fully confident.
Meanwhile, Crown's nemesis Black Kat has just as much fire. Panther, who has been dubbed the "Five Star General" by clash fans because of five+ major world clash victories (including a memorable win at Death Before Dishonor 4), is also eyeing the coveted Death Before Dishonor 9 trophy. With strong ties in the dancehall arena, Black Kat's dub box is not to be taken for granted.

Bodyguard, one of Jamaica's most famous clash sounds, returned to the arena in 2008. Since then, Bodyguard has been causing havok.  Armed with a team of young, fresh and vibrant selectors, Bodyguard is yearning for a Death Before Dishonor victory to add to their accolades. The team is dead set on winning, while giving fans an unforgettable performance.

Filling the Death Before Dishonor's newcomer slot is Black Blunt.  This sound was handpicked by Irish and Chin to participate because of their overwhelming popularity in Western Jamaica. Although Black Blunt may appear to be Death Before Dishonor's underdogs on the surface, their underground strength and respect is phenomenal.  Ruling Western Jamaica has been the core of Black Blunt's existence this past year. Montego Bay is destined to rock when Black Blunt joins Mighty Crown, Black Kat and Bodyguard to indulge in all out war at Death Before Dishonor 9.

Easter will never be the same after Irish and Chin drop two giant clashes in one weekend: Battle of the Legends on Friday, April 10 at Amazura in Queens, New York and Death Before Dishonor 9 on Monday, April 13 at Pier One in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

I have been speaking my mind about so many artists that feel as if they are above the law. I am not saying that every artist feels that way, I am simply saying that many do in all genres of music. A day can't go by and I don't see a story in the news in regards to an entertainer in trouble with the law. That being said, I am obviousy not the only one feeling this way, going through today's news, I came upon this editorial cartoon in the JAMAICA OBSERVER and thought I would share it with our viewers.

rihanaagun.jpgSo Rihanna got herself some protection, she got herself a gun! A Tattoo gun that is, what were you thinking?
To people who follow Rihanna, you know that she has been wearing a gun pendant on her necklace ever since the unfortunate Chris Brown incident.

Well, I guess she needed to take it a step further and add to her extensive tattoo collection. Los Angeles tattoo artist "Bang Bang" etched a gun across Rihanna's rib cage. She allegedly wanted 2 guns tattooed at the top of her arms, but because of her very lucrative deal with Cover Girl, and her need for a wholesome image she settled on her rib cage.

I wonder if that tattoo is a message for someone?

Carlsbreg is actually one of the world leading brewery. This perticular beer is suppose to taste like a blend of vanilla and mocha or cocoa. Price tag? $367

The only reason I am bringing this out is because Miss Cleo who calls herself "a proud voodoo woman" has come out in an interview that she is a lesbian. I wonder if she saw that in her future?

I mean, sure I shouldn't judge anyone, as I do not want anyone judging me, but if you are in the public eye, which a chance at a greater life, with a chance to touch people lives one way or another, wouldn't you behave yourself?

I am not saying that Bascom X has not, I guess I am taking my frustration out on him, from Ninja Man, Chris Brown, etc..

maryj.jpgtylerpe.jpgThat's right, Mary J Blige is the next star to hit the screen on a Tyler Perry movie. Actually, as his recipe for success has not failed him yet, Tyler Perry will be bringing his play "I can do bad all by myself" to the movie screen with the help of Mary J Blige and Oscar nominated Taraji P Henson.

I actually saw the play and I have my guesses to which character Mary will play but only time will tell. The play by the way is great and inspirational as always. And yes, Madea will make an apperance.

tpain.jpgDo you remember our article on Serani replacing T-Pain at a show in Guyana because of serious death threats put on T-Pain's life? No? Before you go any further click here and read the story!

Are you caught up? So now the promoters are suing T-Pain for 5 million dollars for breach of contract. The lawsuit was filed in Broward Circuit Court by Hits and James Entertainment, claiming the rapper caused damages for ditching an appearance, which was scheduled for February 23.

Additionally, Hits and Jams claim T-Pain became excessive with his demands, which included 12 airline tickets, a four-star hotel with 24-hour room service, bottles of various liquor, a private jet, FBI protection and a conversation with the President of Guyana.

The Miami Herald reported that T-Pain had received a $75,000 advance for his appearance, which Chase Entertainment offered to return.

''We feel horrible about not being able to play the concert,'' Chase Entertainment's David Abram told The Miami Herald. "We are going to do what needs to be done to make this right with the promoters They're a good company. We're a good company.''

In addition to being sued for breach of contract, Hits and Jams is suing or libel, defamation and court costs.

PRESS RELEASE:
NEW YORK, NY (RHONA FOX, INC.) - Reggae star Jah Cure is on the brink of releasing his highly anticipated album, The Universal Cure (SoBe/DangerZone), and is back with a new hit single that's heating up airwaves across the Caribbean, and beyond. "Call On Me," a romantic duet recorded with SoBe labelmate, R&B/Pop singer Phyllisia, is already topping reggae playlists worldwide. Now the alluring single is bound to place Jah Cure at the very top of reggae charts, as he looks forward to the release of his new album come early April. "I feel excited about this album, because this is the first album that I've made since I've been out of incarceration," states the soulful singer, whom many say is reminiscent of the great Bob Marley. "When all the other albums were released, I was in incarceration, so this is the first album that I made as a free man, and the first album launch I'll ever have in my life.

So this album is more sentimental, and I'm out here to make it grow and make it connect to the fans more. It's a joy to be able to promote it to my fans and to the media, and to participate in platforms like Facebook and YouTube, and advertise it as a free man to the free world." The video was commissioned by SoBe Entertainment and DangerZone Music Group. It was shot over a two-day period in luscious Ocho Rios, Jamaica, with locations spanning the luxurious Royal Plantation resort and surrounding beaches.

The video was directed by Rhona Fox and is slated for release in the upcoming week. For more information on Jah Cure, tour dates and details on the upcoming album release, including celebrations from Kingston to Miami, visit his artist profile at www.myspace.com/freejahscure.

Remember that incident last September when Kanye West and his manager were caught on camera at LAX (Los Angeles airport) breaking camera equipment? To refresh your memory here above is the video clip (isn't technology something else?). Kanye West has been charged with misdemeanor battery, grand theft and vandalism. If convicted he could face 3 years in prison. Of course, he won't see a day in jail. A little money here, a big lawyer there and voila! Kanye needs to remember that the same photographers "bothering" him now, are the same he wanted attention from when he was plain old Kanye Omari.

'BATTLE OF THE LEGENDS' CLASH TO TAKE OVER NYC EASTER WEEKEND

By
Malaika

| Permalink | Comments (0)
david.jpgPRESS RELEASE: New York, New York -- New York is set to be ablaze when four legends in the sound system industry take center stage at Amazura on Good Friday, April 10 for a clash that will go down in the history books.  For the first time ever, pioneer sound men David Rodigan, Down Beat, King Jammy's and Black Scorpio are set to compete on one stage at "Battle of the Legends" before thousands of fans.

The sound clash industry is chock-full of rivalries.  Two of the most notorious, which have been brewing for decades, include that of David Rodigan/Down Beat and King Jammy's/Black Scorpio. In an effort to allow these classic sounds to settle their score, Irish and Chin is converging them for this historical event.  "Battle of the Legends" is just one of the exciting clash line-ups that Irish and Chin has in store in the near future.

The idea of having these greats clash and inevitably nurture their younger counterparts emerged after David Rodigan, Down Beat, King Jammy's and Black Scorpio were honored for their accomplishments at Death Before Dishonor 8 in Montego Bay, Jamaica.  Their striking performance at the event and strong crowd reception were tell-tale indicators that a clash was a must.

"I think that these sounds embody the comepetitive, yet good sportmanship of the sound clash golden era," says Garfield "Chin" Bourne.  "This clash will afford young clash fans with a blueprint of a genuine sound clash....moreover, it will show them how an intense clash can go down without excessive cussing and disrespect."

With monstrous catalogues of some of the industry's most valued dubs, this clash is certain to drive sound clash revelers into a nostalgic frenzy.  Bringing sound clashing back to the basics with music from Tenor Saw, Nitty Gritty, Johnny Osbourne and so many more is just one of the treats that will unfold at "Battle of the Legends."

Downbeat the ruler

"Although World Clash New York came to a close, by no means could I hold back my passion for producing top-of-the-line, respected sound clash events," says Garfield "Chin" Bourne.

Easter weekend is set to be a blast in New York with this stellar affair.  Meanwhile, clash fans in Jamaica will get to experience the ultimate sound system competition in Montego Bay at Irish and Chin's annual Death Before Dishonor on Easter Monday, April 13.  A sizzlin' line-up, featuring the likes of Beenie Man and Ninja Man, has been finalized for the event's 9th installment.

weedmachine.jpgBefore anyone gets too excited let me come right out and say, yes it's a vending machine that distributes marijuana, no it's not available everywhere, and in order to get some "weed" out of it, you will need a few things.

These vending machines are available in Los Angeles, U.S.A for now, and you can't find them next to the pepsi and doritos machine, even though it would make more sense.

Get some herbs and junk food for your after "munchies" effect.

Actually these machines are in dispensaries with round the clock security. For those who are lucky enough to get an official prescription for medical marijuana, these machines will be available for dispensing the medication.

To use them you will need a prescription, get fingerprinted, a prepaid card with your dosage and strength of herb.

50-cent-rick-ross.jpgI haven't been talking too much about the "beef" between 50 cent and Rick Ross, honestly even though i have been amused by 50 cent videos and all the banter going on, I just figured that this to shall pass.

The reason I am actually addressing this today is that mothers have been brought into this. To be clearer 50 cent got a hold of one of Rick Ross baby mama porn tape, so of course, he used it against him, the video can be seen while "Pimpin' Curly", 50 cent alter ego/character  narrated and comments.

Yes I did laugh when I saw it, after all I am human, but thinking about it after the fact I felt bad for their son who will one day see it, as well as his classmates, then again mama knew what she was doing I guess. Of course if you want to see the mini porn, click here RICKROSS BABYMAMA

This season has been on the way and my daughters have lost interest this year, but I am hanging on. For the next season Tyra Banks decided to open the doors to wanna me models under the usual height, ladies 5 feet 7 and under were invited to audition and maybe it is the reason that so many young hopefull showed up, and mayhem ensued.

wyclefbig.jpgWyclef Jean arrived in Port au Prince yesterday with UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and former U.S. President Bill Clinton in an effort to bring worldwide awareness to Haiti, the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere.

Jean was part of a U.N. Security Council delegation on a four-day mission to Haiti, to economic progress before upcoming key elections. Haiti has been hit by a series of devastating storms over the past year, desperately needs help after more than 800 people died and over 1 million people were left homeless or in desperate need of recovery and reconstruction efforts.

"I was honored to show my support when they asked me to join them on this important humanitarian trip which also gave them the opportunity to experience the beauty underneath the devastation my country and its people have had to face," Jean said in a statement. "It's crucial for me to do all I can to raise awareness and help Haiti get through this tough time."

RALEIGH, North Carolina (Reuters) - The United States wants a showdown with Jamaica to determine which country has the best sprinters, the top U.S. athletics official said on Saturday.

"It was obvious to everyone (in Beijing) that with the rise of your country's great sprinters and hurdlers, a compelling rivalry between Jamaica and the United States had developed," USA Track and Field (USATF) chief executive Doug Logan wrote in a letter outlining the proposal.

Jamaica, led by triple gold medalist Usain Bolt, dominated the sprints at the Beijing Olympic Games a year after the U.S. produced the top sprinters at the 2007 world championships.

While on their recently concluded US Tour dancehall heavyweights TOK wasted no time in getting work done. The platinum selling group was busy in the studio recording with multi-platinum R&B singer Kelly Price. They recorded not one, but two tracks with the talented songstress.

The recordings which took place in LA include the brand new track tearing up local airwaves, titled "Bonafide". This single was produced by Beatzgalore out of New York and will be featured on TOK's new album "Our World". The other single is titled "Good for You", and will be released on Kelly's own upcoming album.

The group has also been keeping busy locally. Last weekend they took a break from the studio and headed to Jamaica's West Coast where they were the headlining act for a Spring Break performance in Negril.

Sir Charles freed after doing his time

charles-barkley.jpg Associated Press

PHOENIX (AP) -- Former NBA star Charles Barkley was released from jail Monday after serving a three-day sentence on a drunken-driving conviction.

Barkley left the Tent City jail just before 8 a.m., and avoided a group of reporters by leaving through another door, Maricopa County Sheriff's Office spokesman Lt. Brian Lee said.

Barkley, a TNT studio analyst, reported to the jail Saturday morning wearing a blue warm-up suit with red stripes. He was not required to wear a jail uniform or the county's signature pink underwear because he got work release, Sheriff Joe Arpaio said.

Barkley spent about 36 hours in jail after getting 12 hours of work release on Sunday and Monday. He was housed in a separate tent from the other inmates for his safety, and meals were brought to him.

The 46-year-old Barkley pleaded guilty last month to two misdemeanor DUI charges stemming from his Dec. 31 arrest, shortly after leaving a Scottsdale nightclub and failing a field sobriety test. He had a blood-alcohol level of .149 percent, nearly twice the legal limit.

A Scottsdale judge reduced Barkley's original 10-day sentence to three days after reviewing the case and deciding that seven days should be suspended if Barkley completes an alcohol-treatment program.

The Hall of Fame player also must pay more than $2,000 in fines and install an ignition-interlock device on his vehicles.

Barkley said last month that he made a mistake and just has "to take the beatdown."

Barkley played 16 seasons for the Philadelphia 76ers, Phoenix Suns and Houston Rockets, and played on the USA Olympic "Dream Team" in 1992 and 1996. He was an 11-time All-Star and league MVP in 1993.

While going through the daily internet blogs, I came upon an Hip Hop website who had the topic of the banning of daggering on Jamaican radio stations. They did agree that Hip Hop can be similar to Dancehall when it comes to depictions, and while they were not bashing Dancehall, nor Jamaica, nor music in general, they were curious to understand the following video. I am posting it to get people's view and comment on it, then I will contact that website to give them some feedback. Any time that I speak of Bob Marley, it is always hard for me to put into words and explain how I feel about him, his music, his message. Here is a man that fought for his country, for justice and equality. He gave the world a piece of his soul and was and still is loved all over the world. I often hear some people talking about their Jamaican culture and the need to preserve it, to which I say, do not worry, that beloved culture is a part of everyone who loved Bob Marley!

Coolio say it isn't so? Coolio the rapper, turn actor,  turn  reality tv star was arrested at Los Angeles airport LAX for possesion of drugs, to be more exact crack cocaine.
The drugs were found by the screeners as he was making his way through a check point. He was then taken to the Los Angeles police department.
I just don't get it, I understand that drugs are the devil, and people who use them are considered to have a disease, but didn't he know that he'd have to go through screening? At least now I get the reason for his crazy hair style, the crack did it!

The screenplay was bought by a production company from Tupac's mother who controls his estate. The screenplay will be made into a movie starting this month and released soon after.

Tupac wrote the screenplay and was going to act as the main role, as we all know unfortunately he died. There are rumors that a movie about his life is in the works, after The Notorious B.I.G movie I can't wait to see Tupac's!

Prince has released albums lately but through the old fashion way of a record label, seems that musical legends like Prince, The Eagles and others found a better deal to release their albums through a major retailer such as Walmart, K-Mart, Target, etc..

The 3 CD set will be available as of March 29th, 2009

Flashback 1990

My main reason for showing this flashback video is because I noticed how things have changed yet in many ways remain the same. As soon as the clip starts you see a man and woman dancing together, do young people remember that? Nowadays when you watch a video of passa passa, bembe, or others most of the time men are on one side, and women on the other, but when they do engage in dancing together, it's a simulation of sex. I am not judging on whether it's right or wrong, I am just saying that I remember the days when men and women actually danced together close.
The reason I say they stay the same, is that in some ways, even though in the clip you see the man and woman, it is very sexually suggestive also, and there is no doubt in my mind that at some point he was aroused, it might not be as extreme as daggering, but then again who am I to judge?
Each generation have dances which are considered "sexual" by the older generation, but I still miss those good old days..

michael_jackson.jpgI know that this is not the Michael Jackson that you are use to see by now, but when I think of him, I like to remember him this way. So Michael Jackson has a great legacy that he will leave behind, but now he has come up with one more thing.

Michael Jackson has allegedly recorded over 100 new and original songs that will only be release after his death. Do not get too excited because according to the author of a upcoming book about Michael, these songs are only for his children to be heard. Now, I do think that it is a great idea, but not to be negative, I wonder how much and how quick will the kids sell out these songs!

HypeTV is a great organization and they bring the best programming, they were not a small program or a flight by night show, so how is it that this event was so poorly organized? Yes I applaud them for bringing an award show to recognize and reward those that bring us so much entertainment and pleasure in music and videos and yes I understand that this was their first year, but to me it's not an excuse for the show that I sat there and watched for almost 3 hours.

Here is a clip of the show.
