Deal Malaika,

I have a very weird situation that I need help, or at least some advice on it. I have been dating this guy for 8 months and at first everything was fine, you know we go out to movies, dance, dinner and have fun. I am a hard working, confident, got my own and sexy woman. Now that the holidays are coming he wants me to meet his mother and grand mother, I should be happy right? WRONG!

He came over to my house last week and sat me down to inform me that I need to lose some weight before Christmas if I want to me his family. I really thought he was joking because I never asked to meet his family, and because if my weight is an issue why date me?

So I was confiding this in one of his friend, yes maybe I was wrong but I needed to talk to someone who knows him. His friend said that he would be proud to take me to his family and that he always felt that his friend was lucky to have a good woman and beautiful like me. So do you think it's my man or his family that have the issues?

I have a problem with money, well not me but my man. We both work very hard and are saving money to move in together. We have been together 4 years, we both live with our families and decided this summer to move in for January 1st and start a new year together. My problem is that I make a lot more money than him and we decided to share everything half way, the rent, food and utilities, everything was going good until this week when he was laid off.

He has saved money and I know he will have no problem finding another job but he now says that he should pay only 1 third and not half because he makes a lot less than me. I am a little upset because it is not my fault if I make more money, so why should i pay more, we already said half, and so now he is upset cause I don't agree and I am upset for him to ask me that. What should I do? January is in 3 months and we found a place, should i move in? Should I pay more? Please help.

I have been with my man for a while now and I am not in love with him anymore, the thing is we have a great relationship, we laugh and play a lot, we go out, we have all the same friends, really we are friends more than man and woman.

I can't even complain and say that he treats me bad or cheats, he is very generous and spoils me like a princess, but there is no passion. I don't even want to kiss him, let alone have sex with him.

I don't know what to do because I can't say that I have a good reason to end it, it's just that I fell out of love with him at some point, and now I want more. This is not even about someone else, I just want more. What should I do, should I stay since he treats me so good?

Hi Malaika,

my problem is that i am in love with my best friend. we hang out almost every day. we both work in the same building and have know each other almost all our lives.

I want to tell my friend about my feelings but i am so scared, see we are both the same sex and my friend is straight. My friend doesn't know that i go both ways and i know how my friends feels about homosexual, but i can't keep it inside anymore.

I almost want to stop seeing my friend because the feeling is now too strong. What should I do? Should I let him know?  Help!

I have a very big secret that I have been keeping for many years, it is destroying me slowly. I watch my friends laugh at the tv when the subject comes up and i make jokes along to but inside iam crying. I live with my baby daddy for 12 years and we have 3 kids. my baby daddy has not always been a good man and he cheated on me many times, even with my cousin. I cheated on him to for revenge, i had sex with our neighbour and got pregnant after. I am sure you know by now what i'm going to say. Our son  is 4 years old and everyday he is starting to look more like the other man. My baby daddy doesn't suspect anything and his good friend with our neighbour and his family.
